The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Guangzhou Opera House was within walking distance of the hotel. I had a stylish and luxurious room.

We had the a double room it was modern. There was a fairly clean bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and a spa bathtub.

I recently stayed at W in Guangzhou for a week-long business trip. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of work. The room was also kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's interior design exuded a distinct W vibe, making it a unique and enjoyable experience. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff at W were extremely welcoming and helpful, always wearing a smile and ready to assist. I highly recommend trying the massage service, specifically with Linda who did an excellent job.

The staff provided exceptional customer service, led by the GM David. The breakfast buffet was beyond amazing, with a huge selection to choose from. The complementary transport to Canton Fair was also very convenient. This hotel is definitely my top choice when I visit this city again!

You'll be close to everything, whether it's shopping, dining, or exploring the local culture. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you. You can start your day with a delicious breakfast and enjoy the stunning views from your room.

There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as a leaking ceiling and some broken items in the spa and relaxation rooms.

I recently visited a hotel in Guangzhou and had a fantastic time. The room was very spacious, especially for a hotel in Asia, and the toilet was high-tech and functional. The lobby had a lively atmosphere, and the amenities were plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the fresh juice bar at breakfast, and the gym and pool were well-appointed. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, and mini-marts, making it easy to explore the city. it was a great value for money and a very comfortable stay.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a few minor issues that detracted from the experience. Some of the fixtures in the room were showing signs of wear, and the cleanliness of the corners could have been better.
